Erik and his team are fantastic. Erik got me in for a same-day appointment to look over my rebuilt A/C system and give it a charge. Unfortunately, my expansion valve stuck after giving it a charge. Erik gave me a call, broke the bad news, but suggested since I was capable, I change the expansion valve to save myself some serious bucks and come back for a recharge. He let me know that once I'd come back, he would recharge it only for the cost of refrigerant and would only charge me an A/C diagnostic fee for all the time spent on the car. Once I swapped out the valve, I called back a few days later, and John got me in for an appointment a few hours later. One of Erik's techs also took the time to fix up my quickly done compressor wiring connection from a bullet terminal to a spade terminal—a nice waterproof upgrade. You can rest assured knowing these guys think about the smaller things. At $370 total for multiple visits, a lot of shop time, and the refrigerant, the pricing was quite fair. Very honest and knowledgeable shop. I would definitely come back should I need to. Thanks to their help my A/C is ice cold. 🧊
I’m so happy with Erik’s European Auto in East Wenatchee! They I have helped me so many times with my pretty Pearl most recently they fixed the A/C on my picky old lady car, Pearl (my Land Rover Discovery), and it’s blowing ice-cold again.
Pearl can be particular, but I’m always comfortable taking her to Erik’s because they’re ethical, honest, clean, and efficient. They never try to take advantage of me or the fact that she’s a European vehicle — unlike other shops I’ve tried. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity and will keep bringing Pearl back when need be!

Many European and Asian cars need manufacturer-specific refrigerants and precise pressure levels. We use OEM-approved refrigerants.
Is a recharge enough?
Sometimes. We check the compressor, hoses and electrical parts first, so a leak or a failing part is found rather than refilled.
